What’s Your ‘Why’?

Picture1So there’s no doubt about it – getting organized has reached ‘hot topic’ status in our culture. Pick up a magazine, turn on the TV or surf the web and it’s clear that simplifying and organizing are right up there with weight loss and stress reduction in terms of popularity. Just Say No!

No-Dumping-Sign_MF-06_11_13What’s the easiest way to reduce clutter in your life? Just say no! No to free stuff, no to bargains, no to buying stuff you don’t really need, and no to hand-me-downs (if you don’t really need them of course). 1. Pack Up the Cold – If you haven’t done so already, make sure you pack up your cold weather gear and get it out of your way – hats, gloves, winter coats, boots and clothes. Do a quick review – weed out anything you don’t want to save for next year and put it in a donation bin.

The Treadmill

treadmillDo you sometimes (or always) feel like you’re on a treadmill of chores and to-do’s and you can’t a) get off or b) keep up? I know I do.
